Organized by the German QFD Institute (QFD-ID)

The German QFD Institute presents the Eighth International Symposium on
Quality Function Deployment in September 2002 in Germany. Three keynote
speeches, ten tutorials and 36 papers from different areas will be
presented on the upcoming QFD event of the year. Speakers from 15
different countries will contribute to the symposium and underline the
international character of this event. As keynote speakers Prof. Udo
Lindemann (Germany), Glenn Mazur (USA) and Prof. Yoji Akao (Japan) are
invited.
For the first time national and international QFD certification courses
will be offered in Germany beside the regular tutorials.
